Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been ridden or show signs of use
  • Items with missing or damaged original packaging
  • Customised or special-order products
  • Items purchased on final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@evoscoot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
